At Memez Cart, we aim to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. Therefore, we offer flexible exchanges to ensure customers feel confident when ordering from us. Our exchange policy is as follows:
✔ Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
✔ The customer can conveniently exchange the garment for any other item if it doesn’t fit the customer.
✔ Returns are not available; only exchanges are permitted. If the customer doesn’t find an alternative, she can return the order and receive a credit balance for future use. The customer bears all delivery costs.
✔ The balance can be used for a maximum period of 3 months from the date of sending.
✔ When ordering from the website or page, the customer agrees to the website’s policy and acknowledges that the exchange service is available and that there are no returns.
✔ The customer bears all delivery costs.
✔ If there is any problem with the order, please contact us via WhatsApp, and we will follow up on the issue as soon as possible. If there is a problem with the delivery company, we require 24 to 72 business hours. This is because the delivery company is not affiliated with our company, and additional time is required to communicate with them and follow up on each case individually.
✔ Please note that exchanges are not accepted on discounted items. Discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged for other items.
✔ Exchanging formal evening dresses and overalls is not available at all.
